How long we keep information

The length of time records of information are kept varies per the reason the information was collected. Any personal information will only be kept in line with those purposes. For example, a simple interaction via email would be kept for 3 months whereas transactions and invoices related information will be kept for 3 years.

  • Squarespace – hosts the website and may process information such as contact form submissions, website analytics and visitor interactions.

  • Email Hosting Provider – manages business email accounts and communications (for example, storing and sending messages between clients and Lizzie Roberta).

  • Payment Processors (such as Stripe or similar) – securely handle online payments, including processing order information and payment details for purchases made through the online shop.

  • Other service providers – such as delivery companies or printing partners, where required to complete or deliver commissioned artwork or physical products., These third parties only receive the information necessary to perform their functions and are required to keep all personal information secure and confidential.
